We pride ourselves in offering programs and membership options that are effective and flexible enough that will allow our members to enjoy balance. At PURE we have a wide variety of methods and tools to utilize for maximum results and enjoyment.
From the moment you walk through our doors, you realize our atmosphere is a non-intimidating and friendly, geared to all ages, genders and fitness levels. Our trainers and staff are interactive and provide not only the expertise and experience you expect, but also the support and encouragement you need.
At PURE fitness you will start with an initial assessment, where we gather information about you; your goals, your lifestyle habits and your obstacles. We assess your fitness level, review your nutrition habits and then make an action plan. We make note of any limitations or injuries to ensure our trainers know to modify any program to reduce the change of injuries.
Our Small group training sessions start every hour, starting as early as 6am daily. Each day we focus on a different body part or combination of multiple muscle groups to ensure proper recovery time and maximum results while decreasing injuries. Improving overall strength, endurance and ROM. (see SCHEDULE ).
We have a convenient member website where you can book your classes to guarantee your schedule, or you can do so on our mobile app. Training sessions are changed weekly to ensure your body is both balanced and challenged forcing increased strength, metabolism and enjoyment. The feeling of accomplishment will be addictive GUARANTEED!
In addition to our small group training sessions, we offer over 60 group fitness classes per month, including: STEP, CYCLE, TRX, and BOOT CAMP, as well as unlimited access to our fully equipped cardio area.
