SMALL GROUP TRAINING
bootcampOur small group training sessions are made up of an experienced trainer and no more than 4 members per trainer. You are never left on your own to navigate the studio and to guess what is best for your work out. Our small group training sessions start as early as 6am daily. Each day we focus on a different body part and combination of muscle groups to ensure proper recovery time and maximum results.

10 sessions $180 *expires 60 days after 1st session
20 sessions $300 *expires 90 days after 1st session
30 sessions $360 *expires 120 days after 1st session

12 Month Unlimited Contract $179/mth
6 Month Unlimited Contract $189/mth


GROUP FITNESS CLASSES (BOOT CAMP, TRX, SPIN, & YOGA)

Our private one on one personalized training is where YOU the client get 100% customized program designed to focus on achieving your personal goals and structured to maximize your results! If you are a results-driven individual, then private sessions will keep you engaged and motivated to achieve your personal goals.

1/2 hour and 1 hour sessions available
$30-$60/session *payment plans available
