SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our small group training sessions are made up by an experienced trainer but modified to fit your personal needs. You are never left on your own to navigate the studio and to guess what is best for your work out. Our small group training sessions start as early as 6am daily. Each day we focus on a different body part and combination of muscle groups to ensure proper recovery time and maximum results.
10 sessions $180 *expires 60 days after 1st session
20 sessions $320 *expires 90 days after 1st session
30 sessions $390 *expires 120 days after 1st session
12 Month Unlimited Contract $179/mth

This is your all access pass where you will be working along side 10-20 participants all striving for success. The energy is high, the music will be pumping and the intensity is set for RESULTS!
